Why She Started This Site: After helping hundreds of college students navigate their first insurance policies, I realized how much misinformation was out there. Students were overpaying by thousands simply because they didn't know what discounts to ask for. I wanted to create a resource that actually puts students first.
David Chen, Senior Research Analyst
Background: David is a former international student from Singapore who studied at the University of British Columbia. He experienced firsthand the challenges of getting car insurance with a foreign license and no local credit history. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and previously worked in insurance data analytics.
